John Saffrett joined ALD Automotive’s UK Sales Account Management team in 1997, before becoming IT Director in 2002. In 2006, he began nine years working at Fimat/Newedge UK (now Société Générale Prime Services), returning to ALD in 2015, first as Chief Administration Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed Deputy CEO in 2019, and is responsible for managing operations and overseeing IT and digitalisation. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Hertfordshire University and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
