Jeroen Kruisweg has been with ALD Automotive since 2012, serving in posts including Commercial Director and General Manager in the Netherlands, Regional Director Benelux and CEO of Ford Fleet Management, a joint venture between ALD and Ford Credit. His tenure saw the Dutch branch of ALD quadruple its fleet, launch its B2C activities, and successfully integrate Sternlease. Prior to joining ALD, he spent two decades in management positions in the IT and automotive industry, including sales and marketing roles at Sun Microsystems, Atos Origin and Canon. Jeroen holds a bachelor's degree from Nyenrode Business University and a master's in marketing from the Academy for Management at the University of Groningen.
